The intelligence dossiers, memos, and payloads generated do not constitute formal legal advice, attorney-client privileged communications, or individual legal representations. Subscribers must have qualified legal counsel verify specific findings against their unique corporate perimeters.
Subscriptions to the Single-Track Tier ($245/month) and All-Track Pass ($695/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via authorized merchant gateways. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Enterprise wire payments through Kairos Meridian FZ-LLC corporate banking accounts are governed by signed commercial service orders.
All delivered intelligence files contain deterministic SHA-256 telemetry hashes to guarantee non-repudiation and timestamp audit provenance. Tampering with or altering cryptographic signatures voids statutory verification assurances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairos Meridian FZ-LLC shall not be liable for regulatory penalties, fines, operational disruptions, or commercial losses resulting from corporate reliance on autonomous intelligence outputs.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and the United Arab Emirates.
